We purchased our first new vehicle from Zimmerman in 1987. Since then, we have purchased 3 more vehicles (new and used) and have had our vehicles serviced there. Their service is always top notch. Tony Carroll was our salesperson in 2022 when we purchased our new '22 Honda CR-V. This year (2025), when it was time for a little larger car, I called Zimmerman Honda and specifically asked for Tony. We had such an excellent experience with Tony that we never forgot his name! His knowledge, patience, wonderful smile, and commitment to service are true assets to Zimmerman's business. Thank you for another great buying experience. More

We have worked with Matt Rizzo for many years and continue to go back because of his professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for his customers. My husband and I have trusted him to purchase not only our own vehicles, but our children's as well. Even when he hasn’t had what we were looking for on the lot, he has always provided us with knowledgeable advice, transparency, and honest opinions on vehicles we were considering elsewhere. Matt is the kind of salesman who makes you feel valued, respected, and never pressured. His approach is truly customer-first, making every transaction seamless, stress-free, and hassle-free. He goes above and beyond to ensure you are confident in your purchase. And when it comes to maintaining those vehicles, Rich Nowlan in the service department is hands down the best person to work with. He is honest, straightforward, and never pushy. We appreciate that he takes the time to explain things clearly and doesn’t recommend unnecessary repairs — just what’s truly needed to keep our vehicles running their best. I would confidently refer Matt and Rich to anyone who wants a trustworthy, friendly, and reliable team when buying or servicing a vehicle. Thank you both for your continued dedication, honesty, and exceptional service—you’ve made car buying and ownership an enjoyable experience for our family. More

I spend a lot of time in a car and don’t want the frustration of having to wait for the Sirius app to appear then see how hard it is to get to stations. Zimmerman is protecting their district Honda rep. I’d very much like them to drive around in their car without Sirius built in. My suggestion for people who ask is to wait and buy a different car than Honda. Maybe in 2027 you’ll improve. People I give rides to agree the radio is cheap and not everything made by Bose is high quality More
