I felt like I was treated like family from the minute I walked in the fire for the first time. This was my first Toyota purchase from Toyota of Scranton, but I do not plan on it being my last. I was really surprised and impressed that Toyota of Scranton took care of dealing with the New York State DMV for me since I am a resident of NY. I honestly did not expect that. Amazing experience! Most of the staff is very friendly and courteous. I have worked with the service department several times now and other than one incident shortly after I purchased my Toyota Rav4 from then I am highl I have worked with the service department several times now and other than one incident shortly after I purchased my Toyota Rav4 from then I am highly satisfied. It is very convenient for me because I work close by and can get rides to or from work to get work done to my vehicle. I also think it's a nice touch that they offer something to eat or drink if your waiting because there have been times I had no time for lunch. More
