your sales people sold my fiance a car with dents,large paint chips bigger than a dime and a curbed up rim all while telling us it would get fixed."we wouldnt even know it was there!" and then the brakes b paint chips bigger than a dime and a curbed up rim all while telling us it would get fixed."we wouldnt even know it was there!" and then the brakes began screeching on the way home every time the brakes were applied.not here and there,not just in the morning.constantly and loudly and we were told that they were "new" and they werent even going to bother with them.i sat at your dealership for 3 hours after driving an hour to get there to walk out to a car with "fixed" dents and chips in the paint but somehow this paint guy was able to spray paint without even wiping off the dust and polen on the car...how talented!the large paint chips and dent were still there and all damien could say was "shoo gee i dont know man" when he realized your managers are bold faced liars.luckly the chrysler dealership is taking care of the blown touch screen that was never tested.your place takes in cars with major issues then you promise to fix them just to give a big old f**k you to the customer.you lie and then refuse to fix what you promised.this was a 30+k car and not some piece of junk nor should a 2018 charger squeal like a steam train.your reviews on google reflect your garbage reputation and i will gladly be leaving a long a detailed review letting future victims know what you did.i also work in a hospital and i will spread the word there too thanks for the rip off since we were sold a lemon More

The service team at Lokey VW is top notch. I drive quite a bit so I am there frequently for routine services. They always get me in on time and provide fairly accurate time estimates as to when the service a bit so I am there frequently for routine services. They always get me in on time and provide fairly accurate time estimates as to when the service will be completed. there have been some staff and management changes throughout the facility over the past several months but they haven’t skipped a beat on customer service. I recently had a slow leak in one of my tires and the Service Dept found a nail embedded on the inside wall of my front right wheel.
