I had the Front Drivetrain redone with New Brighton Ford and now the truck vibrates when a accelerate. I made an appointment back on May 15th at 8:00 AM and it is now 6 days later and they still have not d and now the truck vibrates when a accelerate. It’s always a challenge when booking a service request online with them. First time they didn’t have an appointment for me in thier system when I showed up even though I had confirmations. Second time I online with them. First time they didn’t have an appointment for me in thier system when I showed up even though I had confirmations. Second time I tried their pick up service and they sent me reminders saying they would see me when I dropped off the vehicle even though I had booked pick up and had other confirmation that it was a drop off. Had to call their service appointment office but never received a call back a week later. Had to call them again to get it straightened out. Pick up employees were nice and courteous and took pics of the car on pick up and drop off. More
