They did a tire rotation and oil change. I asked if they can fill the tire with air since I had a low tire pressure light on. They said absolutely. But they did not do it. I went in for a tire change that took 5 hours. Raven got me a shuttle so I could go a mile down the road to finish errands and be picked back up. I waited 2 hours for a pick up with 5 calls back f Raven got me a shuttle so I could go a mile down the road to finish errands and be picked back up. I waited 2 hours for a pick up with 5 calls back for a pickup only to get Brent finally who was a help and got me returned back to Toyota. Raven only used the call center when actually the driver was there asking when I was needing to be picked up. She actually knew I needed to get back. Raven, take lessons on customer service from Brent. This was not how return business is done. Maybe I need to start using again Nalley for my Toyota service. More

August 8, 2024: Vehicle (15,7xx miles) was taken in for a check engine light. I was told nothing was wrong and they cleared the code. October 7, 2024: Vehicle (18,5xx miles) was taken in for a check engi check engine light. I was told nothing was wrong and they cleared the code. October 7, 2024: Vehicle (18,5xx miles) was taken in for a check engine light. I was told nothing was wrong and they cleared the code. When I pressed to have the issue addressed further. I was told “Toyota corporate makes us jump through a bunch of hoops in order to get paid for warranty work. Bring it back as soon as the light comes back on.” I did not realize it at the time, but this should have been a sign that this dealership is shady. November 15, 2024: Vehicle (19,7xx miles) was taken in for a check engine light. I was told that it is NOT covered under warranty and I had to pay $1,700 for repair. I was naïve and trusted Toyota to stand behind their vehicle and warranty and they will not. Maybe if Cobb County Toyota would have done more than just clear the code back in August, my repair bill would have been much less. We will never know. Do not trust Cobb County Toyota to service your vehicle. They do not care about helping you. All they care about is taking money from you. More
