I took my truck I. For an issue with water on the floorboard and for the 5k mile service. After having my truck all day, they cleared the AC drain, but my floorboards were still soaked. You would think they would have at least let it air out to see if the water was still accumulating. They also didn’t reset my maintenance light, so it was still on after I left. Now I have to go back to get the floorboard issue sorted, which means another day dropping my truck off. I guess I just expected a better experience buying brand new and going back to that same dealership. More
