Excellent excellent Service! !!!! I cannot praise the service department more. I have a Jeep Wrangler and my kids worked hard to remove the top to take the Jeep to the Keys for th !!!! A few hours before we were scheduled to leave, my check engine light came on. I drove straight to Hollywood Jeep and explained the unfortunate situation and how awful the timing was. Without hesitation, Brandon Ortega, the manager, did everything in his power to save our vacation by bending over backwards to look at the car even though it was 3:30PM before a holiday weekend. He could have just said sorry you have to leave the Jeep and we will get to it (which is a normal acceptable response in most instances), but instead was beyond professional, knowledgable, empathetic and kind! He took the time to care about the consequences of saying no and found that the issue was a relatively simple battery issue that they fixed that day SAVING our family vacation. The work was done by the mechanical specialists in a quick, clean and efficient manner. Everyone at the dealership was nice, precessional and top notch! I HIGHLY recommend Hollywood Jeep and cannot thank Brandon Ortega and his team enough for being awesome!!!! More

The worst experience I have ever had with one of the workers there, his name is Vic. I took my car, had no updates from him unless I asked. When I did get an update I was told my car could be picked up workers there, his name is Vic. I took my car, had no updates from him unless I asked. When I did get an update I was told my car could be picked up a week after I left it at 5pm. I went at 5.30pm and guess what, my car was not even ready for pick up. Management is non existent, do not expect to hear back from ANYONE let alone management EVER. Someone else ended up helping me out and that man seemed embarrassed of how I had been treated. When they finally advised my car was ready I went to go pick it up and they could not find the paperwork nor my keys. Very unprofessional working people and management is truly non existent. The people on the phone lines are not allowed to transfer calls so if you leave a VM do not expect to ever hear back from them. What a shame. Only one worker out of all of them I dealt with was worth my time. Very disappointing. Jorge Alpizar is the main reason I will be returning for ANY service at this location. He took over my case in a very correct and professional way and apologized for something he did not even have to. He’s the one to go to if you ever end up in this place! More
