I went in to replace my leased vehicle and was talked into a cheaper, smaller vehicle. I was very leery to do this, and when I said I would just keep my lease, I was told that I would leave with a new into a cheaper, smaller vehicle. I was very leery to do this, and when I said I would just keep my lease, I was told that I would leave with a new car. I have been a very loyal customer of Toyota for over 20 years. I have never missed a lease payment and have always returned my cars way under the allotted miles and very clean. I would hope that customer loyalty would mean something and help the numbers work in my favor. Instead, I allowed myself to be talked into a smaller, cheaper car that doesn't meet my needs with my 96 pound goldendoodle. I am struggling to figure out how to make it work, but shame on me for not sticking to what I knew I needed. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice . . . wait, that won't happen as after this lease is up, I won't be back. More

Our experience at the dealership was good. First evening we were there, our salesman was helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. First time buying a Toyota and I certainly didn’t feel very welcoming. Everything was super basic, they didn’t give me any type of offer or promotion or even offer a bottle of water.
