I went in to replace my leased vehicle and was talked into a cheaper, smaller vehicle. I was very leery to do this, and when I said I would just keep my lease, I was told that I would leave with a new into a cheaper, smaller vehicle. I was very leery to do this, and when I said I would just keep my lease, I was told that I would leave with a new car. I have been a very loyal customer of Toyota for over 20 years. I have never missed a lease payment and have always returned my cars way under the allotted miles and very clean. I would hope that customer loyalty would mean something and help the numbers work in my favor. Instead, I allowed myself to be talked into a smaller, cheaper car that doesn't meet my needs with my 96 pound goldendoodle. I am struggling to figure out how to make it work, but shame on me for not sticking to what I knew I needed. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice . . . wait, that won't happen as after this lease is up, I won't be back. More

Our experience at the dealership was good. First evening we were there, our salesman was helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. We had set up another evening to come finish purchasing the vehicle with our salesman and he wasn’t there for our scheduled time. Overall it was a good experience but just wasn’t impressed with the no show of our salesman at signing day. More

First time buying a Toyota and I certainly didn’t feel very welcoming. Everything was super basic, they didn’t give me any type of offer or promotion or even offer a bottle of water. Also ran my credit th very welcoming. Everything was super basic, they didn’t give me any type of offer or promotion or even offer a bottle of water. Also ran my credit three times leaving 3 inquires. The first one they said was supposed to be soft pull but they messed that up as well, I see a hard pull on my credit report. Extremely Disappointing! More
