Same positive experience with financing - secured me a better rate than I had gotten pre-qualifying with my credit union and walked me through service contract options, but never pushy. And it all went much faster than I would expect. All in all, a great experience. More

Today, 12/27/23 traded in my 2019 Final Edition VW Beetle for a 2024 Lexus NX 350h Luxury edition. I've bought a lot of cars, I work in the industry, and have had multiple Lexus models from multiple Lexus dealers at this point, from the east coast to Colorado and now Arizona. Being new to Arizona, I fi have had multiple Lexus models from multiple Lexus dealers at this point, from the east coast to Colorado and now Arizona. Being new to Arizona, I first thought stick to one dealer and had started using Scottsdale for service--also great. But on a whim, while near home (7 minutes away), stopped into Earnhardt to buy a filter & quickly see their inventory. Suk in sales immediately greeted me, and the rest was history. Such a fabulous experience here, in every department, parts included--I started looking at new models with Suk. Thanks to his experience, personality and Earnhardt's "no bull" pricing--something I found out locally, there can be a lot of strange bull in others pricing--AND their terrific selection, 3 days later, I traded and swapped my one crazy car for another. Went from test driving & thinking about it, to trying other brands & other dealers nearby, but Suk, his manager Tim, Brandon in finance, and Earnhardt truly stood out and made me HAVE TO have another Lexus. Thrilled with my new IS500, and glad such a terrific dealer is literally only minutes down the street from me now, with such a great team. Makes me want another Lexus already--go to Earnhardt! More
