Everything took so long that I had to leave without anyone getting to show me about the truck. I let Josh know days before getting there that I would need to be in and out as fast as possible. If that couldn’t happen then i should’ve been told and I would’ve came down at a time when I had more time. I was told the average time was 2 hours. Mine was close to three hours. Also besides Josh I thought the whole group there was not friendly. I walk by lots of employees and was not spoken to at all. I’m not happy with the service I got and don’t intend to come back. There’s lots of dealerships closer.
