Previously I was buying cars at CarMax but NO MORE. I was sold a car by Brandon about 3 weeks about and had the best customer service experience. He was not pushy and got us exactly what we wanted. Eve I was sold a car by Brandon about 3 weeks about and had the best customer service experience. He was not pushy and got us exactly what we wanted. Even the financing experience was smooth. Since purchasing the car, our VSA light came on a couple of times so we decided to bring the car in for a check and so glad we did. Although nothing was the matter, they found a loose cable that took care of the problem. From the first call, Kevin Eng was taking care of me. It was so nice to know that the person signing me in was also staying with my car and updating me periodically. Since the repair would take a couple of hours, they even sent me home and picked me up in a Lyft. I really appreciated their communication, transparency, and friendliness at every single point of contact. I will be coming back for future vehicles and recommending Sierra Honda to all of my friends. More
