The service manager Ed saved the day for Lexus North Miami. My service advisor Bobby never returned any if the six messages I felt (all verified by Ed) Only choice left for me was to drive to the dea Miami. My service advisor Bobby never returned any if the six messages I felt (all verified by Ed) Only choice left for me was to drive to the dealership and upon communicating to Bobby that I was disappointed that I never heard from him, he treated me with disrespect by calling me a liar and further refusing to address the problem at hand by saying "it is your fault and Lexus will NOT pay for it.. That is when I asked for the service manager who not only acknowledged/verified my side of the story (unanswered messages) but took care of the situation IMMEDIATELY though Bobby stated less than 30 minutes before that Lexus was not responsible for it. Thank you Ed. The owners of LNM are very lucky to have you!!! More

in for 35000 mile service and had arranged for a loaner car, but Bobby Rahmani indicated the service would take 90 minutes so I opted to work in the lounge and the car was ready in an hour. He recommended car, but Bobby Rahmani indicated the service would take 90 minutes so I opted to work in the lounge and the car was ready in an hour. He recommended a couple of preventive items, let me know the cost, and I was out in another 20 minutes. This is my 5th car purchased/serviced at the dealership (from when it was "Countyline") and the service has always been terrific. Nevertheless, they've managed to improve over the years. More
