I had the pleasure of working with Bobby Nicholson and Juan Contreras. Bobby was consistently giving me updates and even went out of his way to check in on my travels to be sure my wife and I were safe, as we traveled 8 hours to get my vehicle, as well as a follow up call to ensure we got home safely. Juan was tenacious and worked diligently with the banks to ensure I got the car of my dreams. I cannot thank both of those gentlemen enough for their dedication to their customers.
