I I had an excellent experience with DLR and specifically my sales manager Bobby Nicholson. Bobby exceeded my expectations at every level. I needed a specific year, make, model, color and features for my new 4Runner. It was a three month process but Bobby stayed on it and found the exact car!! Because of my specs I was searching the entire country. Bobby updated me regularly on the search while the others gave up or offered inferior solutions citing impossible criteria. When he did find the car the paperwork was seamless, no hassles, no “unexpected surprises” and the icing on the cake was when Bobby met us at the airport and handed us the keys. Again no surprises and the car was in better condition than we could have ever imagined. We had not been on the ground in Dallas more than 20 minutes before we started our drive back to Arizona. No time wasted going to the dealership and the ride home was a breeze. Thanks Bobby More
