Average service Usually I'm happier with the service at Columbia Ford. This time the problem wasn't fixed although they said it was. I had to bring the vehicle back and they took a week Thankful they gave me a loaner. Seats were dirty and there were pen stains on one seat. However the problem is now fixed to my satisfaction. More
