Columbia Kia were great My experience with Columbia Kia was great they tried to fix my issue with the Fiesta. However the problem is not fixed this is not there faults it's F My experience with Columbia Kia was great they tried to fix my issue with the Fiesta. However the problem is not fixed this is not there faults it's Ford I am completely disgusted with Ford and I intend on giving them a piece of my mind when I speak to them on Monday. How can you sell a car that has problems and not do everything in your power to fix it. This is my 5th time getting my car serviced for the same issue. It is still happening so now it's the 6th time. Columbia tried there best and they were accommodating to my needsweet however Ford is awful and I am very disappointed in them. More

always good service, and friendly staff. This service took longer than expected. I was in for a oil change and was told there was a recall and it would take about 1 1/2 hrs, so i waited in t This service took longer than expected. I was in for a oil change and was told there was a recall and it would take about 1 1/2 hrs, so i waited in the waiting room. After 2 1/2 hrs my car was finally done. I was disappointed that nobody came to tell me it would be longer than 1 1/2 hrs, after 2 hours i had to go ask what was taking so long. This was the first time i have experienced disappointing service, usually the service is excellent and everything is done in the time they say. More

Zero communication with me. Took 5 weeks to get my truck bac Customer service was sub par at best. Took 5 weeks from the time the parts arrived to get my truck down there to be fixed. I was told I bought a bumpe Customer service was sub par at best. Took 5 weeks from the time the parts arrived to get my truck down there to be fixed. I was told I bought a bumper to bumper warrantee including electrical and now my rear defrost doesn't work and won't be covered by warranty. Also only had the vehicle for 5 weeks and am expected to pay $100 deductible on repairs when first time I spoke with dealership was 3 weeks after purchase. I will never return here or recommend for any sort of service or vehicle purchasing to anyone I know. More

Fustrating Asked multiple times when I went in for oil change asked to look at the car because it makes a loud hum noise at 20mph and from a stop through 2nd gea Asked multiple times when I went in for oil change asked to look at the car because it makes a loud hum noise at 20mph and from a stop through 2nd gear jerks the car. The guy at the front desk says I just need new tires... Oh and then he mentions I'm 2k miles over warranty... Funny how that works.. Won't buy another vehical from here again! More
