First class from start to finish. I've never worked with a more professional dealership--so efficient and responsive. (Not to mention the Thunderbird Cafe!) And the quality of repair I've never worked with a more professional dealership--so efficient and responsive. (Not to mention the Thunderbird Cafe!) And the quality of repair service is unmatched. I've had cars repaired by Paul Danieluk for more than 20 years. He's so thorough, expert, and honest--what more could you ask for in a Master Technician? I take all serious service problems to Columbia--nowhere else. More

Quick and awesome service as usual! I love coming here for all my sales and service needs. The staff is always so friendly, helpful and prompt. The center is always neat and clean, and I love coming here for all my sales and service needs. The staff is always so friendly, helpful and prompt. The center is always neat and clean, and plenty to do while waiting for my vehicle. I can eat at the cafe, admire the fish, or browse the showroom while I wait. My last several vehicles have been purchased here and always serviced here. More

Service without a hassle I called on Monday morning to see about getting an oil change on my F350 prior to going out of town on Tuesday. Bobby asked me if I could be there at I called on Monday morning to see about getting an oil change on my F350 prior to going out of town on Tuesday. Bobby asked me if I could be there at 3:00 pm that day. I arrived early and was checked in immediately. I also asked about a "low tire pressure sensor fault" that kept appearing and then disappeared. They changed my oil and then recommended that I change my fuel filter. Since I was already there, it made sense to replace it then instead of coming back for a separate appointment. They checked for the fault code, but informed me that without it registering, they couldn't tell which sensor was bad, and the battery in one of them was probably going bad. They did check on the tire stems though to see if any of them were bad, check the tire pressure in all my tires, all my fluid levels, and provided me with complimentary water and a cookie. Not bad for not having an appointment 5 hours earlier. More

Best Service On my ride to CT from Maine , a warning light came on in my Ford Escape . I called Columbia Ford later in the day and spoke with Bobby , in the Servic On my ride to CT from Maine , a warning light came on in my Ford Escape . I called Columbia Ford later in the day and spoke with Bobby , in the Service Dept . and after explaining my situation , he told me to come in early the next day ( even though it was Friday and they were booked solid ) because he didn't think it would be a good idea to drive back to ME until it was looked it . They checked out my car shortly after I arrived, diagnosed the problem and told me I was safe to drive back to ME since they wouldn't be able to get the part for several days . What a relief ! I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the excellent customer service I was given by Bobby in Service. He is truly an asset to your company ! Kudos also to the service staff who made me breakfast in the cafe at Columbia Ford . Between the service I received for my car and the breakfast and coffee I received from the cafe staff , I may just drive the 3 hr. ride from Maine the next time I need maintenance work done . 😁 More
