Service is a little pricey but quality appears good. Have purchased last two trucks there and dealing with same service manager since 2004. Inspection Brought my 2008 Escape in for state inspection. Everything went well including the car was finished in a timely manner. I have dealt with Bob Keisle Brought my 2008 Escape in for state inspection. Everything went well including the car was finished in a timely manner. I have dealt with Bob Keisler as my service writer over the years and I just want to say that he is very friendly and very knowledgeable whenever I have questions regarding service for my Escape. However, I think pricing is a bit higher at Chapman than when dealing with an independently owned mechanic shop. But I choose to bring my car to Chapman because this is where I purchased the vehicle and it is an authorized Ford dealership so hopefully I am getting the proper parts that are required for my Escape. More
