Cost increased rapidly after they had my truck. Their estimates don't mean anything, the cost increased rapidly after having my vehicle in their possession. Other customers had their vehicles vacuum Their estimates don't mean anything, the cost increased rapidly after having my vehicle in their possession. Other customers had their vehicles vacuumed out, mine was not. I told the service rep i broke the guide rails on my sunroof and ask if he could get me a cost to fix it. I was charged 149.95 for the mechanic to say you broke a guide rail $2500 to replace the whole unit (rail replacements are online for 127.00) $500 estimate for 8 sparkplugs and a new belt. Final bill was 1332.55 $8xx.xx for the spark plugs, and the belt. $3xx.xx 2 pulley's $149.95 to give me a price for the sunroof. More
