This is my 4th vehicle from Koons. From the first visit, my husband and I have been always been treated well. Bob has always come through with the vehicle we wanted and made the process fun. He, and Jeremy, have always explained every step of the process (purchasing to financing), skipping nothing even though we've now purchased multiple vehicles from Koons. The service department is excellent. Todd gets me in and out very quickly and works around my schedule. Most of my dealings with the service department have been for scheduled maintenance, buy the (very) few times a vehicle has been in for more that maintenance, the problem is quickly identified and solved. More

This dealership and specifically my salesperson, Bob Erwin, was great. They didn't have the vehicle I wanted so they found it and gave me a great deal. There was no 'bait and switch' and other games that other dealerships play. Russell Toyota wanted to charge me a dealer prep fee of $200.00. How about that...$200.00 to wash a car?! Westminster has to be better because they're out in the country and don't have the customer resource base that the city places have. Plus...they're just better. Go see them if your need a new car. More

I recently purchased a Tacoma from Bob Erwin at Koons of Westminster. Great sales experience, the gentleman drove the vehicle to my work location for my review and brought pertinent brochures to compare pa Westminster. He had the truck cleaned up at least twice in preparation for my test drive, though I had to cancel the initial test due to the October snow storm. Ended up buying the truck Halloween night and Koons had a full tank of gas, the tie-downs attached and a fresh coat of wax on the truck. Great job from the prep guys, George Thompson and Maryann McMorrow as well. More

Everyone comes out of their offices to say hi and talk to us, not just about cars, but everyday things too. Bob is an amazing salesman and person. He truly loves his job(as you can tell by his ever-jolly smile) and has helped us to get the cars that we want for unbelievable deals.
