Bob knows his product, especially when compared to other dealers that I checked with and their lack of professionalism. I know that I got a good deal but feel that the dealer could have stretched a little dealers that I checked with and their lack of professionalism. At all times I felt that I was being told straight up those things that I needed to know and had truthful advice on all things related to the car, the dealer and the deal. We visited the dealership on 4/6 to purchase a new 4Runner. Both Bob and Brad were friendly and courteous. Bob was very knowlegeable of the vehicle and took great time to show us the features. We were pleased with the negotiated price and the dealership worked quickly to get us on the road with our new vehicle. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would visit again. We had stopped at Younger Toyota in Hagerstown earlier in the day and it was a completely different experience. The difference between the dealerships was night & day.
