I had a great experience at Subaru of Gwinnett from the moment I reached out with a question via email, they responded right away, which I really appreciated. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly throughout the whole process. The only downside was that there was only one person handling financing at the time, which led to a wait of almost an hour. While it was a bit of a delay, the overall customer service made up for it. I'd still recommend this dealership for their responsiveness and helpfulness! More
