Vehicle was brought in for a scheduled oil change. I was advised at this time that there was a recall related to the fuel pump. Our 2021 CRV had a strange electrical problem that turned out to be very difficult to diagnose. At first it seemed that 6th Ave Honda was unwilling to uphold the warranty that we purchased when we bought the out to be very difficult to diagnose. At first it seemed that 6th Ave Honda was unwilling to uphold the warranty that we purchased when we bought the car from them. However, once Blake assumed responsibility for our service ticket, we were frequently updated on the (many) efforts being made to fix the problem. Blake was very tenacious in tackling the problem, and although it took more several months, in the end our CRV was fixed and our warranty was fully upheld. Thank you Blake! More

I had a great experience with 6th Ave Honda Service Center! They were extremely quick, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. I truly felt like my car was in good hands and would ab Center! They were extremely quick, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. I truly felt like my car was in good hands and would absolutely trust them to service it again in the future. An added bonus was their complimentary ride service from and to the dealership — it made the whole experience even more convenient. Highly recommended! More

Better than last time visit, still I found one left out part in the car , possibly when air filter changed.
