Billy and Heritage Toyota provided a level of customer service far beyond any other dealership I’ve engaged with (Toyota or other). Due to high demand and supply chain challenges, it took some time to secure my Sienna but Billy was in contact with me each step of the way keeping me informed and helping me understand my options. Not only was the experience great leading up to getting into the car, but month and a half after having it Billy reached out to check on how thing are going and to see if I had any questions. I was so impressed! I've never experienced that kind of follow up. Thank you for that and congratulations to Billy and the management at Heritage for fostering a very customer-connected culture that was not only focused on getting me into my vehicle, but also making sure I was doing well afterward. Just walking into the showroom is a pleasant experience. You are always greeted, asked how you can be helped and then connected with the right person. It is a very professional, welcoming place. At other dealerships, I was either swarmed by over-eager sales people or completely ignored. Heritage has it just right. First, we visited or called at least ten Toyota dealerships looking at Rav4s and Highlanders. Until we met Billy, we were depressed. Bad time to buy a car, and our experiences were all sub par! Billy was honest, patient, and did his best to answer all our questions. We were test driving cars during a thunderstorm, and it didn’t phase him! Even when I told him we put a deposit on a car from another dealership, he was happy, supportive, and offered to help us going forward. Because of the way we were treated at Heritage, we decided to stop in and look around one more time. They had the perfect car for us, at an excellent price. I’ve reviewed Billy here, but our experience should reflect Heritage as a group, because we were never pushed or pressed by anyone we on site! Of course Heritage will be our first stop for vehicles going forward. More
