When I arrived at Jermaine, I was pretty nervous because I had never been there before and I needed to find a new dealership to service my car. It certainly put me at ease. My car needed to stay overnight and she provided a loaner car for me and I was able to get home without incident. I don't know what else to say. I really am glad I found Jermaine and I will be a customer from this day forward or from what was it May 11 that I started so thank you well let me add one more thing. I met a lady at the you know while I was waiting for my car. I asked a woman who was also waiting. I said have you been here before and she sang the praises of Jermaine and it was nice to hear that a customer a longtime customer has been so pleased so it's been a good experience for me. I am grateful and I hope to see y'all again. No I hope to see you in preventative care not not the problematic stuff. More
