Germain Nissan dealership is my go to auto service center. Even though I have only been there twice since I bought my Nissan Rogue, I am very impressed with the warm, friendly, professional attention center. Due to repeated visits for same problem, it was decided to loan me a car so they could thoroughly investigate the problem. Although it was at the dealer for 6 days, I did have transportation and the proble to loan me a car so they could thoroughly investigate the problem. Although it was at the dealer for 6 days, I did have transportation and the problem was finally fixed-and this time, thousands of dollars later, it was taken care of without additional charges. More

Greg gives excellent customer service. He sent me emails to let me know the progression of the servicing of my car while I was in the waiting room. Made an appointment was supposed to get a rental they didn't have one. I left, someone was supposed to call me back. Waited 2 weeks and the service manager called to find out what happened.
