Sport Mazda is hands down the BEST car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I just purchased my 4th Mazda there and they continue to provide VIP service, and a pleasant customer experience. Unlike other dealerships, there’s no fluff, no games, no gimmicks and no unfair trade offers. No song and dance with the finance manager going back and forth for hours. Just an all around quick, smooth process to have you in your new car in no time. When you arrive, ask for Zee Saidi. I have dealt with Zee for 3 years, and his loyalty to making sure you’re happy is unmatched. In addition, he’s kind, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. It’s always a pleasure working with Zee, and I don’t hesitate to refer him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Everyone at Sports Mazda North is friendly, but I also have to mention Shane, Carlos, Mark and Beth. Their job knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction is top of the line. When you’re in the market for a new vehicle, and you want a positive, happy experience, Sport Mazda is your place. I highly recommend!! More

A 5 STAR rating is the only way to start, my new 2024 Mazda Prestige Plus is the fifth (5th) car I have bought from an amazing Mazda dealership over the past four (4) years. Mazda is a great car, but it' Mazda Prestige Plus is the fifth (5th) car I have bought from an amazing Mazda dealership over the past four (4) years. Mazda is a great car, but it's the dealership that makes shopping for a car enjoyable, from my my first meeting with a fantastic salesperson, Chris Harris, Dan Parker, Carlos Balula, Dough Rowland, Beth Campbell, and the entire service department staff. Customer service with a smile and "HOW CAN I HELP YOU". A PLUS SERVICE. I have been treated like a VIP from the first time I entered the well maintained showroom. I am very happy with my purchase. I received help from Jose Ramos, Beth Campbell, Doug Rowland, and David Fant, throughout the buying process. Jose gave me time to make my decision at home after test-driving in person. Once I decided to go forward with the purchase, most of it was done at home to save time. It was a painless process. Doug and David explained the financing well. Beth was very personable in showing how the car worked after I signed. Overall, I am happy I decided to buy this car here as opposed to looking elsewhere. I am a Mazda girl all the way . . . driving two Miata's over the last 20 years as well as servicing my cars with Sport Mazda, but it was time to make a change and I purchased the CX . . driving two Miata's over the last 20 years as well as servicing my cars with Sport Mazda, but it was time to make a change and I purchased the CX-30 Turbo. Brian in the service area put me in touch with Jose in sales and the rest is history. Going from a 2007 Miata to a 2024 CX-30 was an adjustment in terms of the tech built into the car, but no problem, Beth in Customer Service set up an appointment to in-service me on learning my new car. This dealership operates as a team with the customer experience being the number one goal . . . and it shows! Whether it is service or sales, I know I am going to be taken care of.
