I’m Bert Vargas, a Client Advisor for Rallye BMW. I have been a part of the Rallye team since 2003, but my career in automotive began in 1987. I definitely know my way around the auto industry, which is always a great thing for my customers. I believe in providing smart, reliable, and honest service that keeps clients happy. This is why I have such a great customer base. I am passionate about my clients, as well as the BMW brand. Some of my favorite hobbies include fishing, boating, and hiking. I’m a big fan of college wrestling. I was honored for the BMW Profiles in Achievement Platinum level. I’m also a Corporate Fleet Specialist who is M Certified. He answered t all the questions, and that happened on a very busy Friday morning. I really feel valued as a customer. The service was done and with excellence. As as I was waiting, I noticed that he behaves professionally with other customers as well. Someone Like Bret is definitely is a big plus in this organization. I suggest that the head of the company uses his human approach in dealing with customers to train other employees. Customers might forget about a job done, but they will always remember how they have been treated. More

Lemon car sold, in service shop every other week Brand new X7 sold in Nove 2019 and has been in service shop every other week for issues. Total issues 6 so far, god know how many more. Bad dealer Brand new X7 sold in Nove 2019 and has been in service shop every other week for issues. Total issues 6 so far, god know how many more. Bad dealership, stay away. 1) Nov 20 th ( day of new car pickup) - broken plastic cover for rear passenger seat, fell off 2) Front passenger side power window module broke. Window wont close and had to drive in extreeme cold temp with window down 3) Remote car app stopped working, had to re- activate acct in car 4) Fuel tank access door wont close or radomly open during driving, Part replacement 5) Parking brake malfunction, Shifter broke and being replaced Kia/ Hyundai cars are more reliable than BMW in this case. Really disappointed. More
