First of all I want to say my buying experience was fantastic and I would definitely purchase again. My issue is my car horn has not worked in over 5 months and my truck also. I have contacted the serv fantastic and I would definitely purchase again. My issue is my car horn has not worked in over 5 months and my truck also. I have contacted the service department multiple times and they are not able to give me a complimentary car while they service my car which could takes days. I used my car for my job which could keep me off my job. Then I go get an oil change and I saw my oil thick and black still, I went to valvoline that same week because the flush was never done. Still waiting on a call back. To many problems with this 2024 Kia Seltos! More

Bernardo was extremely helpful and willing to work with me on pricing. He was very flexible when plans changed and helped me get into my preferred car.
