Ben Amar provides exceptional customer service. Appointment was made for recall service- I did not understand when seeing recall on the BMW app that I needed to wait for a letter stating the pa Appointment was made for recall service- I did not understand when seeing recall on the BMW app that I needed to wait for a letter stating the part was available. I scheduled the service and was not informed that the part was unavailable. Ben saved the day by bringing my car to my home avoiding another drive to the dealership.
