Hi, I’m Ava Williams! I’m originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, and I’ve been with Galleria BMW for over 3 years. I began my career in the BDC department, moved into a Client Advisor role, and now I’m proud to be part of our finance department. Throughout my journey, my goal has always been the same: to create a smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable experience for every customer. I love helping people find the perfect vehicle and now, in finance, I get to ensure the process of making it yours is just as seamless. Love at first inquiry! !! I inquired about a specific car online, momentarily I was contacted. Answered a few questions and was instantly paired with a sales person that to !! Answered a few questions and was instantly paired with a sales person that took me seriously, which meant the world to me because of previous experiences. I scheduled a test drive appointment. Upon arrival, nothing but smiles and warm greetings. Katie Z and Ava were amazing. They made me feel like an old college friend. Not only did they deliver on the car I wanted, they also showered me with so much love. I was here just to leave with my dream car, but left with so much more. I will be tell the story of my first BMW for years to come. Thank you for making it worth the 3 hour drive to get my car. I would do it all over again… Ava is a young lady with an old soul and Katie Z is that forever cheerleader. They both embody southern hospitality. So if you are in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and ask for Ava or Katie Z. More

Ava Williams was my sales associate, and I must say, she exceeded all expectations! Kind, patient, polite, her communication was excellent throughout the sale. Her boundless enthusiasm is infectious! She shared with me extensive research she had done, comparing the BMW I ended up buying to another car I was considering. Wow! I have never in my many years of car buying had someone do that! Usually I have to do all of the research on my own. Cody Bowman handled the financing of my new car. Cody sold me my last BMW seven years ago. He was professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with, just as I remember. Michelle Ladner offered excellent guidance and helped seal the deal. A big shout out to Billy Herbert in the service department—you won’t find a kinder service guy! From the moment you walk in Galleria BMW, every employee treats you like royalty.
