BMW's have been a lifelong love of mine-it all started when I was a kid dreaming about those iconic grilles and the thrill of the drive. Now, I have turned that passion into a career, helping others experience the excitement of the ultimate driving machine. Outside of work, life is full of energy and compassion with my partner and fur babies: 3 mischievous cats and 2 loyal dogs--a playful Golden-doodle and a regal Akita. They keep life fun, busy, and full of love.

When I pulled into the dealership, nobody came out to the car to check me in. I kind of stood there a minute and then just decided to go in and find somebody. Everyone just stood around and looked at me unti car to check me in. I kind of stood there a minute and then just decided to go in and find somebody. Everyone just stood around and looked at me until I approached somebody at their desk. He barely made note of me. Waited for my oil change for about an hour and 45 minutes. Then I was sent by text to approve new tires that were suggested to be replaced on the card. Nobody came over and addressed this with me. They were just waiting for a text to come back through. I went up And approached Austin to get more info on the tires. The car was new and only had 15,000 miles. I thought new tires were unusual. He then let me know that this was just a suggestion for next time around. All other dealerships always come and talk to me. Help me out. The service was absolutely terrible. The only reason I continue to go there for my oil change is because it is free included with the new purchase of my car. More

I called in about my BMW X1 having an unrepairable flat tire and received an immediate response from Christian to my problem. She made my appointment for the same day and I still had time to make to work o tire and received an immediate response from Christian to my problem. She made my appointment for the same day and I still had time to make to work on time. I was received very well upon arrival, plus the maintenance person began work on my replacement tire immediately and washed the vehicle in minimal time. I was very pleased with my whole experience.
