Why does toyota send me coupons for service I can't use on oil changes that limit to 5 quarts. Why can't service return hub locks. Everytime I come to sservice have to check lug nuts, stem valve covers a on oil changes that limit to 5 quarts. Why can't service return hub locks. Customer service is always courteous and friendly. They do a good job of keeping you up to date on your upcoming vehicles maintenance needs. Overall very satisfied. However, on the last visit, they changed a tire for us and just threw the tire in the cargo area instead of returning it from where the spare goes. The hubcap was just thrown in the back instead of returning in place on the wheel. Laziness? More
