This was one of only 2 times where my experience at a dealership wasnt a dreadful one. It was actually pleasant and the staff was very helpful and patient. Our description of Patrick: knowledgeable, patient, respectful, diplomatic. We could not have been in better hands! Patrick listened to us and answered our questions, instead of talking over and past respectful, diplomatic. We could not have been in better hands! Patrick listened to us and answered our questions, instead of talking over and past us, as some dealers do. Never did we feel pressured to make a decision or choice until we were ready. At one point we (the purchasers) got into an argument/discussion about L1/L2 chargers. Patrick diplomatically and patiently let us talk it out, answering questions and suggesting options. He took us outside to show us the charging station and walk us through the whole charging routine until we were comfortable. He explained and demonstrated the options on the car (media, comfort and safety features, etc.) completely and clearly and got our phones set up to get us started. He reminded us that we should contact him immediately if we got stumped or had questions going forward. Patrick could serve as a model salesman for vehicles in general. More
