This was absolutely the best experience that I ever had while purchasing a vehicle Gerry Gorham found me the perfect vehicle.. Matt Tobin set a hire standard by getting my truck serviced correctly and on time. Sunny in finance explained all of my options and helped me make the best decisions. Sunny even fought my insurance company so I could keep my Veterans Lic Plates. I will recommend Tufankjian Toyota to all of my friends! More

I have shopped here for years and I get the very best in service and attention each and everytime. I have purchased many new Toyotas from here and will continue to do so in the future. Like today I decided service and attention each and everytime. I have purchased many new Toyotas from here and will continue to do so in the future. Like today I decided to purchase a Brand New 2024 Toyota Rav 4 PRIME for the second time due to the attention and service I always receive from Manager CARLOS ORTEGA. His recommendation and information on each vehicle allows me to make the right choice for what I am looking for. His Staff such as ERIC FRANCKE, EMANUEL HERNANDEZ AND ARTHUR are very Professional and give me 100% Satisfaction! I can not tell you how many times in the past years they have been so helpful. Looking forward to my New 2024 and the Service Maintenance I will receive again. came in for regular maintenance may 8,2023. ..Ashok is always attentive &a gentleman! While car was being worked on he showed me a fender part of plastic that was rubbing against back tire. Asho ..Ashok is always attentive &a gentleman! While car was being worked on he showed me a fender part of plastic that was rubbing against back tire. Ashok was kind enough to put duck tape over the plastic to fix the problem. Was also kind enough to give me a bottle of water from his break room so i could take some meds...So he s thoughful & has a great work ethic, and that is notable & appreciated ! More

i recently had an appointment for the installation of a tonneau cover and an inspection sticker on my recently purchased tacoma. The installation should have taken no longer than 1 hr max and the inspectio tonneau cover and an inspection sticker on my recently purchased tacoma. The installation should have taken no longer than 1 hr max and the inspection maybe 20 minutes. I was there for 3 1/2 hrs. When they completed the vehicle I was not given any instruction on the operation or care of the product. Also they did not offer to schedule future service appointments. They also failed to provide a copy of the sticker inspection report. I found the entire visit very unprofessional and will take my service to another Toyota dealer. More
