Great experience overall. Rudy and his team made it super easy and smooth. He was able to find the issue, get it covered under warranty, even found a few other items that were Rudy and his team made it super easy and smooth. He was able to find the issue, get it covered under warranty, even found a few other items that were going on that I couldn’t figure out. He even got me a great deal on some new tires which I knew I needed but wasn’t quite ready to order. I went ahead and got them because he gave me a pretty deep discount. All in all, the process was very easy. More

The Worst. We had come in 2 weeks before to speak with a rep. Made an appointment to drop the truck off, because we were told you would need it for 4 days. 1 Ex We had come in 2 weeks before to speak with a rep. Made an appointment to drop the truck off, because we were told you would need it for 4 days. 1 Explained the truck stalls engages the emergency break while driving. This has happened 3 times in the year 1/2 we have had the truck. Second the driving down the highway the car battery voltage dropped to 11V. Took it to dealer in the area, since we are getting on alligator alley. They did not have time to run a computer test and all that needed to be checked. Once home we meet with Anthony, made the appointment. We Dropped the truck off late because there was no time on the e-mail so we were unsure of the time we should drop it off. Once there they could not find our appointment. Anthony was out sick. Took 45 min to get a rep to actually help us. Someone else dealt with our truck. While you had my truck, I got a call about a recall and if I wanted it fixed while you had the truck. I said yes. Received a text about the truck recall and text back yes fix it. 3 days later you call and tell me my car is ready, you could not duplicate the problem. that the car was driven 6 miles. A year and a half tells you it is intermittent problem. I called back and ask if you did the recall problem, answer oh no we did not know you wanted us too. Really???? Then you had my truck for another 2 days, to do the recall, that should have been done during the 3 days you had the truck. We figured since the problem was intermittent, you would check what was going on in the system of the truck, as requested, at the first meeting with Anthony. Instead, you just drove it 6 miles in 3 days. So needless to say, when crossing over a busy highway after being at a light is scary wondering if my truck will just stall out or my battery will just die in the middle of the street. Since there is no answer to the problem going on with a new truck that has less then 8k miles on it. More
