Things that are wrong are not covered in the first 30days
or 1200miles. Ticking engine, thumping undercarriage. Loud turning. The service will not look at it or anything. Also rim is bent, not covered.

Today being Friday didn't hear anything, I called around 11/11:30 another employee answered put me on hold to track Ashley down. Ashley was with another customer. After being on hold a brief time Ashley did not speak with me and the gentleman said that my jeep needed a cylinder gasket???. Last I knew it was emissions related. However he stated Ashley would can't and it's now 5:30 and haven't heard anything back. At this point a red flag is going up. Starting to get a bit concerning

Not up front about pricing or what is covered under
warranty. Went in expecting to be covered/minimal cost with my warranty from the dealership. They explained maintenance policy so I was ready to pay

Then they told me I needed front brakes already after buying car in October. I asked if this would be covered under the warranty and was told no because it’s maintenance. Service person told me $580 for all services and I assumed that was everything parts/labor but I ended up having to pay $712. Well over what I had initially planned to spend at the dealership. Not coming here for service again.
