Sales was great. My issue was after the sale. I had my fees rolled into my purchase. After more than 10 trips up there to pick up a check so Icould register my vehicl My issue was after the sale. They told they would take care of it but not wasting my time waiting on them again. Next issue was a check they were going to send due to not being able to collect my Ford pass points. Stopped by last week and again was met with excuses. Should have bought somewhere else. More

Are we not buy a used car from them unless it was certified. There's no way to even look at my car before putting it on the lot. I haven't had it in here. It's been nothing but problems. They didnt return phone calls, they didn't help me then I finally got a hold of them, and have put me in a bad spot due to their lack of ethics. More
