Customers wheel stud and nut has been replaced twice and we have taken care of both. Advised customer we could not keep replacing when work is being done elsewhere, all wheel lug nuts are hand torqued to specifications. The wheel studs, and nut have been replaced twice due to the dealership cross threading the lugnuts onto the stud during their routine service & tire rotation. No other work is being performed by any other garage. It is impossible to cross thread a lugnut when removing them, only putting them onto the car, which has all been performed by Subaru of Tucson. Contrary to the above statement, Darian, the service tech informed us that the lug nuts at this dealership are in fact tightened with a lug wrench torched to 20psi, so whoever responded above for the dealership (Or Darian), is lying. Upon fixing their mistake, Subaru of Tucson asked us to take down our reviews. We won't be.

I am very sorry about the amount of time it took to replace your tire. It was a road hazard claim which is administered by NSD Corporation and we cannot proceed with any repairs until they give us an authorization number, which can take some time. They require pictures, tread depth, dot numbers, prior repair order or invoice from when the tires were originally purchased, etc. We absolutely try to do everything as quickly as we can but correctly. However, with claims such as this, we are at the mercy of the warranty company. I am sorry if that was not explained to you correctly. We do our best to make sure no customer has to wait too long.
