CJ Nichols is a top-notch representative for Subaru! This is my first Subaru, and I made the switch because of CJ and I will never go back to another. He listened with empathy and understanding and then This is my first Subaru, and I made the switch because of CJ and I will never go back to another. He listened with empathy and understanding and then provided valuable insights specific to my needs. He was extremely personable and shared various options to help me make my decision more quickly. His online videos specific for me to show me the car before I even got there was a big selling point, especially given the extreme summer heat. I shopped around with other dealerships and even considered some of the online alternatives. These other dealers didn’t seem to really care about their customers the way Subaru does and options were limited. So when I came to Subaru I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. While the car I wanted wasn't originally available, I was set up with a rental by Artie Gonzales and was treated to VIP service! Once I drove that Subaru I was hooked. CJ also spent time outside of his work hours to provide added guidance, which demonstrated a level of commitment I haven't seen in a while. I have the utmost trust in CJ and will continue to recommended him to others. More

Chris was very kind and helpful. He encouraged me to get a recommended fluid for my tires, which I'm thankful for the car being at tiptop shape. I filed a complaint with Tucson Subaru and Subaru about the terms of my extended warranty coverage for my car's battery. I was essentially "forced" into buying a new battery. I wrote to complain about this the terms of my extended warranty coverage for my car's battery. I was essentially "forced" into buying a new battery. I wrote to complain about this and Artie contacted me almost immediately and offered to refund the battery cost and settle the issue with Subaru itself. He was prompt, curteous and forthright. I appreciate his honesty and promptness. More

I am a visiting winter snowbird and even though I have not purchased a vehicle from them, when I go in for service I am treated like their #1 customer! I have owned 3 Subarus and Tucson Subaru has gladl not purchased a vehicle from them, when I go in for service I am treated like their #1 customer! Salesman, Jack, was excellent, conscientious with follow-up calls. Darla who trained me on the technologies was patient and so helpful describing the features of the car. Service department was very follow-up calls. Darla who trained me on the technologies was patient and so helpful describing the features of the car. Service department was very efficient when installing a few extra parts. They also provided a loaner for the day. All personnel have been very kind. The facility is spotless and sensitive to Covid deterrents. More
