I can't believe I am gushing about a car dealership, but ...these folks are genuinely awesome. I drove off with a new 2014 Sienna today, after nothing but a surreally positive experience. Every single pers ...these folks are genuinely awesome. I drove off with a new 2014 Sienna today, after nothing but a surreally positive experience. Every single person we encountered was genuinely nice, well-informed, personable, and courteous. I made my initial contact through the internet (Bob). My salesperson (Shane) got me everything that I needed and the guys who saw me off (Benson & Kenny) were gems. Arthur in the business office was a pleasure to deal with, too. This is the 5th new car that I have purchased (including one Toyota from Boch, GAH!), so I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, expecting a lowball offer on my trade, a bait-and-switch on the lease special, or a hard sell on bogus add-ons. None of it happened. These guys were simply awesome. They even let my dog hang out in the dealership for the whole transaction. It was, dare I say it(?!?!), FUN! We'll now be servicing both of our Toyotas with these guys, and hopefully coming back for many years to come. More

I hated having to negotiate the price, did not look forward to encounters with salespeople or, having to figure-out & choose which car fit my budget, travel needs and had the reliability one could rely upon. This past Thurs, Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree has changed all of this for me and my husband. My salesman:Erwin Amboy is patient, knowledgeable, dedicated & hardworking employee. He also is a genuine and amiable person; not your usual car salesman! I also was given a decent & fair payment for my trade-in; also unusual. While I won't give a "blow-by-blow" in detail, how my car selecting & purchase experience unfolded in every way - just know that I still am in awe that each step of the car purchase was relaxed, informative, thoughtful, no anxiety what so ever - straightforward (no haggling, no pressure!!) I now am driving a 2010 Toyota Matrix which did not cost "an arm & a leg" or continues to give me nightmares. I have purchased numerous cars since my college-days, and never do I remember it to be a pleasant experience. Until now that is. Also, the other employees were thoughtful and helpful with my purchase: Arthur Martel especially came up with some financial options and suggestions which helped me decide the best way to afford the car of my choice. Good service and price Braintree Toyota service was excellent and the price was the fair for trade-in 2012 Highlander LTD. I had been to another dealership in the South Shore but the manager didn't even take the time to look at the car. Manager Kevin Chicoine came out and looked at the trade-in and said he could give me an additional $1k as the tires did not need to be replaced. I leased a 2014 Camry and Eduardo assisted, and during the delivery, the screws to my bike rack was stuck and this was during the night with a snowstorm. Eduardo asked someone from service to come help remove the bike rack. Ed Walsh from finance helped make the process smooth despite some hitches with the digital sign-in pen. I submitted my diploma to get the Toyota college grad rebate for $750. More
