Erwin updated me of the availability and arrival of the car. I was well- informed of the car’s specification and functions. Erwin excelled on this aspect. He always makes exceptional service with all the paperworks since my first car purchase. Mark Mcelroy, the Sales Manager, made sure that we had the assistance and service that we need. I made an appointment with Bob Wilfand to explore the possibility of getting a new/used vehicle. Instead of just dragging me out to the lot and saying "this is what we got" he instead sat down with me an possibility of getting a new/used vehicle. Instead of just dragging me out to the lot and saying "this is what we got" he instead sat down with me and we narrowed the search down to what my needs and budget would be. Now that we had a good idea of what I did and didn't want, Bob showed me a good many vehicles that certainly "fit the bill". As we were walking through the impressive indoor lot Bob introduced me to Matt, the used car guru, and Bob explained to Matt what I was looking for. Five minutes later Matt came back to Bob to tell him he may have just taken in a vehicle that may be a perfect fit for what I was looking for. We went right down and looked at the vehicle in its "as is" condition and it floored me that it was the perfect fit for what I was looking for. I did the deal with Bob and when I came to pick up the vehicle (even though it was 8 years old) it looked and drove like it just came off the showroom floor. The whole experience was very pleasurable (which I don't believe I have ever said about a vehicle purchase) and I left with a good feeling that there is a team of professionals at Tufankjian that will stand behind this or any other purchase in the future. My experience with Bob Wilfand was top notch and he will be the person I will go to for future purchases and feel very comfortable referring friends and family to do the same. More

I went into this dealership for service the week before purchasing and decided during the service to ask my service advisor (Kendall) for a trade-in allowance. After a couple of days, I decided to look around at all the dealerships within a 100 mile radius (since I had an idea of a trade now) of where I live...that being Braintree. The best deal out there was above what I wanted to spend and the team that I selected earlier (Natache; Kenny; Mike) went to work on behalf of myself (being a return service customer) and got me the deal that I couldn't refuse. They did not nickel and dime me once I told them where I needed to be at and they made it happen. I would like to thank all of them for their professionalism as I know that I am a very hard customer to bargain with. More

I went to the dealership two or three different times to look at the car and talk with Erwin. He never tried to push me into buying a vehicle. He and Mark McElroy were both incredibly helpful and patient. I looked around at other dealerships and I know they gave me the best price and deal for the vehicle I purchased. I highly recommend talking to him if you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More

Joey Foy and Mark McElroy went above and beyond for me on my purchase of a 2014 Rav4. I had some issues with the original vehicle I was going to purchase. Joey Foy drove me all of the way to another location to find try to find one, and when that did not pan out, Mark McElroy found another that worked for me, and provided me with a rental since the car would not be able to be processed until the next day. Arthur Martel explained very succinctly all of the paperwork, and was very patient and gracious, especially since he had to do a set all over again. I highly recommend Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree. More
