I have a very pleasant experience with the San Leandro dealership and the purchase of a newer used 2018Chrysler Pacifica minivan. I had been looking the past year for a Pacifica when the dealership listed dealership and the purchase of a newer used 2018Chrysler Pacifica minivan. I had been looking the past year for a Pacifica when the dealership listed this vehicle for sale. It didn’t have the pictures yet, but it had everything I was looking for. Angel helped ASAP getting the information and photos I needed for this vehicle and everything ready for me to come to the dealership the next day to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle appeared to be in great condition much better than I expected with it being a seven-year-old vehicle. Angel and the other employees and owner that I spoke with were very nice and very helpful and explained everything in detail regarding the purchase and the financing. I was very impressed with the dealership and especially in the brand new inventory that they had on the lot. If I ever need to buy a new vehicle, this is where I’m going to check out first. I will be sure to tell anyone that ask about a dealership that I will definitely recommend this San Leandro dealership to check out. George was a great salesman and had no issues with him. I can say the rest of the team is a little dishonest if you don't catch them on their practices. If you are not paying attention the original quote I can say the rest of the team is a little dishonest if you don't catch them on their practices. If you are not paying attention the original quote will not be honored. But it worked out and the original quote was honored and I was able to get the car that I wanted with specific terms. Kudos to George for being a great salesman and being honorable. More
