I'm so thankful the Service Center was there and open when I needed them. I thought I was bringing my car on my lunch break to put air in the tires, but I had a screw in the shoulder and needed a new ti when I needed them. They learned my tires are warrantied and they had a replacement available. Using their shuttle service I was able to get back to work and get the tire fixed without missing a beat. This is why I will continue to purchase and service my vehicles at Cobb County Toyota. More

3 stars because Anthony Sullivan did a solid job helping me get help to fix the issue of my drivers power seat randomly failing. However, when my vehicle was returned to me at the end of the diagnostic, the me get help to fix the issue of my drivers power seat randomly failing. However, when my vehicle was returned to me at the end of the diagnostic, the seat adjuster protective panel was loose and hanging from the front edge with a gap between the seat and panel, instead of being flush and secured due to a broken clip. I also found plastic pieces on my floor mats from what I’m assuming were trim pieces that snapped in the removal of the seat. Plus one of the front shield components on the left track was cracked. I came to the dealership still able to sit in the chair, but left even more cramped after they could not put the chair back to the position I arrived in. Now I am managing with thigh cramps while driving until the seat can be repaired. I appreciate my service advisor, but I now know I cannot trust the dealership to handle things like trim/upholstery/interior repairs because the techs will break pieces and not make mention of it. Instead they will put things back together hoping the customer doesn’t notice. More
