Volvo SM is responsive to the client’s every need. I’ve leased from them, then bought out my lease, then got extended warranty for it and when someone totaled my little beautiful Volvo, I got refunded I’ve leased from them, then bought out my lease, then got extended warranty for it and when someone totaled my little beautiful Volvo, I got refunded on the time left on my warranty, all at Santa Monica Volvo. Their service is so great that I bought another Volvo certified after market with 20k miles and immediately took it to Volvo SM so Robert Munoz my super capable, dedicated and jovial service advisor can now be my second Volvo’s God father : ))) Volvo Santa Monica is the best - ever. More

Awesome work. Thankyou for everything, Westlake dealership is the worst dealership I have ever been too. Dennis Kramer and Nesh Sekulic are horrible. I would still be waiting for a call back if I didn’t contact Santa Monica. Those two need to be trained in contacting clients at a reasonable time and re take class in customer service. I would never recommend anyone at that location. I 100 percent would recommend Santa Monica though. People there are caring and get the job done. Keep up the great work! More
