Holy Smokes, Schaumburg Toyota SERVICE Department is the BEST!!! EVERYONE should but one for the service alone...let alone the top notch quality of the actual vehicle. I appreciated and was impressed that Anthony was willing to and did, take me back into the shop and showed me my car on the lift and what work needed to be done. It seemed like they hadn’t washed the car wh to and did, take me back into the shop and showed me my car on the lift and what work needed to be done. It seemed like they hadn’t washed the car when they returned it to me because it was not wet and still and dirt on it. They told me they had and it that the car had just been sitting for a while and had dried. They ran it through the washer for me then. Anthony was good.
