Nice clean facility, professional service personnel and on time delivery are definite positives! When I called into Service I was told that the Toyota Prius Aux battery can be replaced with the same dis on time delivery are definite positives! When I called into Service I was told that the Toyota Prius Aux battery can be replaced with the same discount of $60 which was denied by the service advisor stating that info was incorrect and referred me to read the print "Starting from $149" when came to the dealership. I wish I was given correct info and cost upfront which would I would have given a 5 star. More
