Bad experience This dealer has a lot of cars and because of that you can get okay price like other big dealers. But you gonna have to deal with the people that work This dealer has a lot of cars and because of that you can get okay price like other big dealers. But you gonna have to deal with the people that work there, and unfortunately they love to play games with their clients between a sales guys like Chris Jobs that never answer phones or emails if he doesn't like you and also very rude like when you try to understand something he will laugh at you also the price that he give me on the phone changed completely when i went to see him and after all this changes he was just trying to blame it on me and saying the my credit is not as good also when we went for test drive and showing the car he didn't really explain everything, to Anthony Marino that comes to help you with the deal and after you come back to finalize the deal they change it and they say what's written on this piece of paper is really garbage and they are the ones who wrote everything. and finally after you close the deal and you figure out that they rapped you off, you go to talk or try to get help from Doug Wells the Big Boss then he let you wait for him about 45 minutes and try as much as he can not to meet with you and he thinks that because he's the manger that he has the right to be rude and speak a bad way to the clients which is unacceptable and never help or solve any of your problems, and that was my bad experience with them, and if i have the option to give zero stars i will do it so just be careful dealing with those people More

One word "EXCELLENT" I've bought quite a few Mercedes from Ray Catena, and I always feel at home when I walk into the dealership. Jim Buchanan sold me my first Mercedes 22 I've bought quite a few Mercedes from Ray Catena, and I always feel at home when I walk into the dealership. Jim Buchanan sold me my first Mercedes 22 years ago, and whenever I see him he makes me feel like family. Doug Wells has continued with that warm and genuine friendship. After we discussed the children, we got down to business. I trust their honesty and judgment. Michael Laudani, in the service department, also always goes out of his way to accommodate me, and I look forward to working with him again in the future. Yesterday, I was introduced to Barry Martin, a sales representative, at Ray Catena. He told me when we first began speaking that I would be buying a car I had no intention of buying yesterday. Ironically, I had three months left on my lease and was just car shopping. I walked out of the dealership with my new E300 yesterday. Barry made the deal flow so smoothly. I drove home with my new car, and a service representative drove home with me to bring my old car back to trade in and he explained how my new car operates.
