Used to receive a good service but not anymore. I bought 2 MDX SUV’s from this dealership and the delivery experience on both were not that good. Both had some paint issues and the service advisor I bought 2 MDX SUV’s from this dealership and the delivery experience on both were not that good. Both had some paint issues and the service advisor Khang is so great and helped me with those issues both the times. But my recent experience with Bobby was not so good. I have issues with my 2023 MDX Type S, 1) making high pitch whining sound above 45mph speed which is making the driving experience so irritating and uncomfortable. Bobby refused to diagnose the issue, by just test driving another car in his lot which is making same sound but not as loud as mine. Basic diagnosis was also not performed. And the GM simply said we are the middle man and could not do anything without even attempting to diagnose the issue. 2) leather on the seats are having issues. Wrinkles in multiple places where a person do not sit. I was taking a look at the pictures that were shared by the sales person prior to car delivery and I could see the wrinkles and piping not being straight. Again, Bobby simply turned me away saying those are normal. On a 75k car with just 4k miles, have wrinkles on the side thigh bolster where my log does not touch. He didn’t even try to think practically before making a statement that it is normal. Bad experiences both times. I would not recommend this dealership to any of my friends and in my community either because they are not putting minimum effort to try and diagnose the issue. Khang is a great service advisor but Bobby the service manager is simply not. More

I've been bringing my business to Goodson Acura of Dallas for over 15 years, and 5 Acuras later. And, though I am not a royal; they keep treating me like one...I'm not complaining... it feels amazing. Perh for over 15 years, and 5 Acuras later. We used to go to David McDavid to purchase and service our cars but when our favorite salesmen (Ankur Javia) left to Goodson… we moved there, too. Now he’s General Manager of Goodson in Dallas and we will our cars but when our favorite salesmen (Ankur Javia) left to Goodson… we moved there, too. Now he’s General Manager of Goodson in Dallas and we will continue to purchase our Acura’s from him through his amazing salesmen (Kevin Aquino). We have purchased 7 Acura’s and don’t plan to ever buy another brand of car ever). CAN YOU SAY BAIT AND SWITCH DON’T BUY HERE THATS WHAT YOU MAY GET HERE LIKE I DID. I was quoted a price by the finance Manager Arthur the night before and I again on 3 occasions on a recorded conversation t MAY GET HERE LIKE I DID. I was quoted a price by the finance Manager Arthur the night before and I again on 3 occasions on a recorded conversation that it was in fact the 2023 MDX Type S Advanced he said YES all 3 times and gave me the same price of $1155 a month. The day I was supposed to arrive I get a call from the dealership 3 times to see what time I was going to arrive even one call from Brandon the finance MGR and all 3 times I verified the price was for the MDX Type S Advanced again on a recorded call and all 3 times I was told yes. When I arrived the MDX TYPE S ADVANCED was waiting for me to test drive when I told them I would buy the vehicle. This is WHERE THE BAIT AND SWITCHED occurred. I was told by Brandon the Finance Manager on duty that the price they had given me was incorrect and the new price was over $300 more per Month for the lease I wanted. I asked if that was the case why would they have the Type S advanced ready for me to test drive and not the vehicle he said the price was for and he stuttered and had no answer and left off mumbling to himself. I then requested to speak to the GM he was not in supposedly, but then within 1/2 hour he called back HIS NAME IS JAVIA ANKUR. He was very inconsiderate and could care less what happened to me and the fact that I drove 70 miles to get played. JAVIA gave me excuses such as (keep in mind this is recorded) that Arthur the Mgr that gave me the price the night before is “Old” and has “has issues remembering or doing the right thing” and that “he has done this several times already” to, everyone makes mistakes to this was an honest mistake. I then informed him that regardless of how pretty he would paint this it is still a BAIT AND SWITCH. I then preceded to tell him I would write to the ownership of the dealership and he could care less and seem very unbothered but that which leads me to believe that OWNERSHIP PROMOTES THIS BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS I also told him I would blast this in as many social medias as I could and again he basically could care less again leading me to believe that this BAIT AND SWITCH tactics is accepted by ownership and that the bad reviews also don’t bother them More
